 We’re two creatives wielding our collective filmmaking experience as Weapons of Mass Destruction. And we’re ready to change the landscape.

INSIGHT: Employers want to know who they're hiring, just as much as if they can do the job.

IDEA: Show them who we are, and what we can do.

EXECUTION: Leaning into our background as filmmakers, we've created an Integrated Ad Campaign featuring everyday mundane problems and our outlandish approaches to solving each of them #TheWillAndOzWay. Complete with TVCs, OOH Ads that resemble movie posters, and movie tickets inviting CDs to watch the trailer.

When everyday life becomes overdone, we're there. We're bringing a touch of our own insanity to the expected, facing down creative challenges with cutting edge ideas. For us, if there's a Will (and an Oz) there's a way.
